The hotel had a clean and well, maintained room which was impressive. the food was tasty and value for money. the staff was prompt in its housekeeping services.

The hotel had some down, points. the first one is that the room was small and the window didn't offer a good view of the outside.

The room we stayed in at the Orchid Hotel was well maintained and clean. The housekeeping was prompt and the staff provided us with a delicious packed breakfast at 4:00 AM in the morning. Despite the small size of the room, it was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this hotel.

There were several issues during our stay. Firstly, the room size was quite small and the view from the window wasn't great. In addition, there were some loud noises coming from the floor above until late in the night, and despite multiple complaints, they weren't rectified. Finally, the breakfast wasn't up to par and my parents didn't enjoy their stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
